Mixoo respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the App. You may request deletion through the in-app deletion flow if available in your version of the App, or by contacting us by email using the platform-specific contact information below.
Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete all account data or service records stored on our systems. To request deletion, please follow the instructions on this page.
1. How to Request Deletion
- If your version of Mixoo provides an in-app deletion entry, open Mixoo and go to the account, profile, or settings area, then follow the available account deletion or data deletion instructions.
- If you cannot access the in-app deletion entry, or if your version of the App does not provide one, send a deletion request to the email address that corresponds to the platform you use.
- In your email, please include the platform you use, the app name "Mixoo", your registered email or account identifier if applicable, and a clear statement that you want to delete your account data or personal information associated with Mixoo.
- If you purchased a subscription or other paid service, please manage subscription cancellation separately through Google Play or Apple account settings. A data deletion request does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.
2. Verification
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the account holder or authorized requester. We will use verification information only for handling your request.
3. Data We Delete
After a valid deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Mixoo account or use of the Services, where applicable. This may include:
- Account profile information and identifiers associated with your Mixoo account, if an account exists.
- User-submitted media, prompts, generation parameters, and related AI task records that remain in our active systems and are eligible for deletion.
- Feedback, support records, and user-provided contact information where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
- App usage records and analytics identifiers where they can reasonably be associated with you and are not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.
4. Data We May Retain
Some information may be retained where necessary or permitted by law, platform rules, security requirements, or legitimate business needs. This may include:
- Purchase, subscription, invoice, tax, and payment records required for financial, audit, or legal compliance. Payment details are generally handled by Google Play, Apple, or other payment processors and are subject to their own retention rules.
- Records necessary to detect fraud, prevent abuse, secure our Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
- Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you personally.
- Backup copies retained for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted according to our normal backup cycle.
5. Timeline
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law, platform rules, security needs, or operational requirements.
AI media and generated outputs stored temporarily on our systems may be deleted sooner according to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
